It finally happened! The last year and a half of equipment gathering, training, tuning, and researching has turned into one of the best trips that I have ever had the pleasure to be apart of.
Now I call this a trip, particularly not a vacation, because it was much more than that just an escape from work for the sake of relaxation. As a matter of fact, much of the trip was not relaxing at all, but simply breathtaking. I’ll show you why.

Awesome place, Shannon! Gunnison CO is one of my favorite places — great whitewater rafting in late spring if you get back there then!
